The short version: If you're not satisfied with P.S. Noted Pro within 7 days of purchase, email us and we'll refund you in full.
7-Day Refund Window
We stand behind P.S. Noted Pro. If you purchase a Pro license and are not completely satisfied for any reason, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your purchase date.
What's covered
- Full refund within 7 days of purchase
- Partial refund requests after 7 days considered case by case
- Technical issues we cannot resolve within a reasonable time
- Accidental duplicate purchases
What's not covered
- Refund requests made more than 7 days after purchase without extenuating circumstances
- Requests citing features clearly described as not included in the plan purchased
- Chargebacks filed without first contacting us — please reach out, we'll make it right
How to request a refund
Email us at hello@psnoted.com with:
- The email address used for purchase
- Your order or transaction ID (optional but helpful)
- A brief note about what went wrong (optional — we use this to improve)
We process refunds within 2 business days. Funds typically appear in your account within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback with your payment provider without first contacting us, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your license pending resolution. We encourage you to reach out to us directly at hello@psnoted.com to resolve any payment disputes before involving third parties, as this allows us to address your concerns more efficiently.
License deactivation & data
Upon processing a refund, your Pro license key will be deactivated and the extension will revert to the Free plan limits. Your saved data is never deleted — it remains on your device.
Features and items exceeding Free plan limits (saves above 25, profiles above 3, triggers above 5) will be locked in a read-only state until Pro is reactivated. If you choose to upgrade again in the future, all of your data will be fully restored and accessible immediately.
